Official Drawing Rules

1. Introduction: $2000 annual random-drawing giveaways are sponsored by Hawken Energy, Inc.("sponsor"), 1064 Industrial Park Dr., Shleby, MI 49455. There will be one (1) drawing each calendar year and the date of the drawing will be chosen by the sponsor. This promotion offers no guarantees that the prize will be rewarded and may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of the sponsor. Any cancellation will be publicized publicly on the sponsor's website or through another reasonable medium.
   
   This contest is designed as an incentive for homeowners who do not currently own a Hawken furnace to learn more about Hawken Energy and their latest products.


2. How to enter: To enter the drawing, an entrant must have submitted their complete information through the online form at https://hawkenenergy.com/contact/requestinfo/ (above) or through another form that collects similar information by the date of the drawing. Those who submit their information after the drawing cutoff date will be entered into the drawing for the following year.


3. Eligibility: Entrants must meet the following criteria to be eligible to win the $2,000 prize in the random drawing:
   • The entrant is a legal resident of the United States or Canada, and is 18 years of age or older; and
   • The entrant is NOT a current or former employee or dealer of Hawken Energy; and
   • The entrant is NOT involved in any part of the administration or execution of this giveaway; and
   • The entrant is NOT an immediate family member (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member of a current or former Hawken Energy employee or dealer; and
   • The entrant has NOT submitted this information for the first time online or through some other means to Hawken Energy, Inc. before October 1, 2015 and has NOT been entered into a previous drawing before for this promotion. Entrants may only have one entry per year, but may submit additional entries in subsequent years if they have a change in address as indidicated by their zip code.
   This promotion is void outside the geographic area described above and wherever else prohibited by law. There is no purchase necessary to win.


4. The prizes: An annual cash prize of $2,000 will be awarded to a random winner who meets the eligibility requirements. The sponsor will contact the winner by email and/or phone using the information provided to claim their prize. If any information is found to be incorrect or unusable at the time of the drawing, the sponsor will consider the entry forfeit and the prize will be rewarded to another entrant.
